RASPBERRY SEED POWDER
Raspberry seed powder is an excellent source of fiber, calcium, iron and omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. The naturally high content of soluble and insoluble fiber supports a healthy balance of intestinal microflora.
It is recommended to use 1 teaspoon of powder per 200g of food as a supplement in smoothies, yogurt, porridge, baked goods.
Adding raspberry products to your menu helps reduce the risk of cancer and obesity, regulate metabolism and improve cholesterol and sugar levels.
The product has been developed within the framework of the Estonian Rural Development Plan 2014-2020 and as a part of a project supported by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).
