Brief Summary:

The goal of the project is to find the best environmentally friendly technology for the production of raspberry seed powder – a dietary supplement rich in fiber containing bioactive compounds – and product development activities for the production of health products enriched with this dietary supplement and raspberry seed oil. Test batches of new products are produced and a large-scale distribution of project results is carried out.
